Pros
Great pay, benefits, and work-life balance. Company's goal is top notch, people who are leading the company are doing excellent navigating our growth goals and the other engineers are enjoyable.
Cons
There were some growing pains over the last two years but it seems to have subsided. The biggest issue is that the company allows remote workers but is still harassing remote workers to return to the office even though productivity has been extremely high since COVID in our forced remote work situation. On top of that, office spaces don't have great catering or food options nearby, nor do they have a good amount of work space to accomodate people so there isn't a real incentive to work in the office unless you work at one of the labs and have to be there or you're just really into working at an office (in which case there won't really be anything special about working in their offices as they are rather straightforward and bland with open seating.)
