Minimal training before expected to be able to handle all job duties alone. No set time off then had to request days off otherwise working 7 days a week up to 12 hours a day for months. Weekend of requests denied. Maintenance put off until breakdowns caused downtime. Safety issues not taken seriously until employees injured.
