Low intelligent HR staff managing unqualified DSM’s to put successful and dedicated employees on PIP in order to get rid of them and lower their costs. Micromanaging of over 35 metrics per month in Salesforce makes it possible to get rid of anyone who challenges their manager. Nobody can be fully successful unless you have a quality DSM. They don’t like you they will get rid of you no matter how much your customers sing your praises to management and how great your sales are. there will always be something wrong. DSM’s will lie and set you up to get rid of you
