Pros
Pay, healthcare, they did offer quarterly bonuses for great or superior department performance, mostly good co-workers, most metrics can be easy to meet
Cons
They expect near perfection within the large amount of product you're handling, specifically in product count and putaway. If you have a handful of errors (often found with potentially erroneous audits, issues with multiple putaways, SAP/tech issues that were difficult to explain to higher-ups lacking IT knowledge to defend against errors from physical counts), this could become a downward spiral in employment and could drastically affect any great or superior offsets in reviews. Turnover was pretty high, and leadership changes were frequent.
