None at all, avoid working in the accounts team all together management is extremely poor.
Cons
Unfair treatment, one rule for one staff member another rule for another. The type of staff members to run and tell the manager if you leave the building 30 seconds early to catch a bus. Absolutely minimal training provided and colleagues not willing to spend the time to help you. Very much a ‘clique’ in there; multiple staff filling in the same position then leaving after a few months. Avoid working here at all costs. I asked for more training 3 months into my 6 months probation as I didnt feel like I had been trained appropriately, I lost my job because of this 1 week before my child was born, absolutely no compassion or empathy for staff and managers who take criticism of training personally.
