Pros
City Centre Location, easy to walk from the metro, good employee benefits, hybrid working, and employees were great. Really supportive team leader.
Cons
Toxic corporate culture where shareholders' profits are their main concern over everything, incompetent management and upper management with little to no communication, had to have an excuse every time you wanted to WFH, but managers were never in the office. Even though the job post was advertised as hybrid. More and more work was being pushed onto departments, even though they were already stretched.
