Most toxic work environment I've ever seen. Rampant discrimination and nepotism. If you bring issues to HR she does absolutely nothing to help and helps you supervisor retaliate against you. You must be willing to turn a blind eye to abuses of power and let your department head commit fraud and embezzlement.
