Good environment, it's amazing, great

P is not good. P is not good. The pay is not good.

It's definitely based on department, but chemistry was a great unit to work in. Fellow professors offered lots of support. Work load reasonable.

University is heading in an odd direction thanks to the current president. Huge funding going into remote education at the cost of in-person classes. Which would be fine, but science labs mean that chemistry will never be a remote subject.
