Cons
You can have multiple people of the same job and pay classification but very different work ethics. It can be frustrating seeing people who can't do their jobs competently and flat out are literally only there for a paycheck and are paid the same rate as people who actually believe in an honest days pay for an honest days work. They are perfectly fine with assigning extra work on individuals who they think they can rely on with no extra time or compensation given, while others get away with doing very little. Definitely a distinction in overtime given between male and female roles as well.
