Cons
1. Hard to get PR, too many applying at the same time.
2. Too many levels of reporting, kicking balls all the time.
3. No proper on-boarding, expect you to fly on your first day.
4. Shouting instead of proper guidance. Very corporate practice.
5. Don't expect to make any friends.
6. Too many old staff = no flexibility = always stand in the way
7. Bias on different standards.
8. Head so small, but wear big caps.
