Management is disorganized and not supportive. They can be very unprofessional during times of high stress. High stress situations occur because they do not plan ahead and prepare for new projects. They think of a new idea and tell people under them to implement it with no support or guidance. If you do not live up to their unknown expectations they will give you the silent treatment, talk about you, and not offer any constructive criticism. They also have a tendency to be very snarky to residents with complaints and employees that do not agree with everything upper management does. They tend to leave petty comments on reviews
