Pros

Earning potential for established sales professionals

Cons

5 day in office with 12 PTO days annually (as of now there is 0 flexibility in this) which is a non-starter for most. Executive vision (Rob) is often misguided and short sighted, as they aren’t very technical or involved in operations. Below market for everything unless you are an established sales rep within the company, if you’re an outsider I would like elsewhere. Middle management is fairly useless as they just parrot what Rob dictates. Sales and execs routinely mislead (read outright lie) customers on calls causing operational bottlenecks at the expense of small/medium businesses.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that not every work environment is the right fit for every individual, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points for those considering our organization. To address one factual item, employees begin with 16 days of paid time off, not 12, and PTO continues to grow each year with tenure. We believe time away from work is essential to long‑term success and encourage employees to use it. Our in‑office model is designed to support collaboration, learning, and connection, particularly across teams that work closely together. We recognize that flexibility expectations vary by individual and role, and we continue to evaluate our approach as the workplace evolves. We take feedback around leadership alignment, compensation competitiveness, and cross‑functional communication seriously. Our leadership team is actively focused on improving transparency between sales, operations, and customers to ensure commitments are realistic and delivered with integrity. We are also continuously reviewing compensation and career progression to remain competitive and equitable. While we’re disappointed this experience did not meet expectations, we appreciate the candid perspective. Ongoing feedback—shared directly through managers, HR, or anonymous channels—plays an important role in helping us strengthen the employee experience and move forward in a positive direction.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
