Pros

I had a great supervisor which helped to make working with company a lot easier than some other people had it. I met some great people whom I am still friends with. They had a lot of fun activities during the holidays and you were like a team within a team (the company) depending on how close your team was and the types of activities you did outside of work They had incentives when you did a good job example (trip to Naples, FL) and others.

Cons

It was like high school, even management acted in a childish manner. very little opportunity for advancement unless you were a brown noser. They fired many people, especially if you made on little mistake and it did not matter if you generally did your job well (I was not fired by the way). Some people did not belong in their management level positions. Instead of firing some people they just moved them around to different departments and to different positions. Management did not seem compitent, and everyone could use a lot more training

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
