      Pros

      Benefits are legit and better than the norm.

      Cons

      Everything. They talk a good game about culture but it’s awful. No one works together, multiple teams are doing the same work because communication is unorganized and random. If you are a female, expect to have to get a male on your side to speak for you or you will. It not be heard.

      Pros

      The pros are that the people you work with on a day-to-day basis are incredible, caring, positive, and will do their best to motivate you in any way.

      Cons

      The cons were that leadership was difficult to pin down, change management with M&A made things impossible to predict, and expectations were not clearly stated.
