      This is a review for Graphical Creations in Stanfield NC, No Pros for working for this company

      Cons

      Everything is a Con, pay is horrible no benefits, owners don't listen to employees to help improve the company. When you are hired they will tell you will paid a certain amount then not pay you what they said were going to pay you. this company doesn't give out raises. You don't get treated fairly unless you suck up to the owners. This is not a good place to work.

      Pros

      The company aims to provide what's best for itself and its employees. It has a family environment and "go get them" attitude. They focus on how to become better and work together to meet those goals. What more can you ask for?

      Cons

      We are always constantly working on processes and fundamentals to become better therefore I have no cons.

      Pros

      The people are very friendly and the bosses are very easy to work with. I am a college student and they have been very flexible and been extremely helpful.

      Cons

      At times work can be very hectic and people can be extremely rude due to how busy everyone is.
