Pros

I have read the former reviews and would like to state my opinion as an employee of over 10 years. Graphic Image is a wonderful place to work. The owners are flexible and caring. It takes strength and determination to make a business work while also accommodating over 100 employees needs. They are a family friendly business and take pride in making sure everyone puts their own families first before their jobs. Yes there are rules, and yes they have a handbook that must be followed by they are also flexible with schedules and unexpected life surprises. The owners are brother and sister and yes they do have disagreements but not more than any other typical President and Vice President at any other company. They are constantly trying new things and listening to the feedback of their employees. Please don’t believe the negative reviews from a few disgruntled employees that get bitter and angry for not getting their way and for actually being asked to preform a task they were hired to do and failed at. Take it from someone that has been there a very long time, if you are willing to work and try new things both owners will always help without question. They want you to succeed. Graphic Image has a great staff of individuals who are team players. Most of us are willing to jump in and do a job outside of our job description. And it always goes noticed with a Thank You.

Cons

The toilet paper in the bathroom is never in the right place.

Pros

Graphic Image was always my favorite brand. I left and came back because I love the brand. The owners are fair and loyal to their employees. The company is an American institute: third generation, family run American factory right on Long Island. Amazing! The people here are great. From the front office to factory worker, you couldn’t find a nicer group of people.

Cons

It is a very fast paced company. The owners might be slight workaholics – they are working early mornings, late nights and weekends too. They don’t expect you to work like them but it can be somewhat contagious.

Pros

a few nice people work there

Cons

-deceptive about PTO, they say you get 10 days, but you have to use 4 during the week of 4th of july and 4 the week of christmas or you just dont get paid those days -toxic environment; owners (brother and sister) scream at each other across office, one will tell you to do something one way and the other will tell you to do it the exact opposite, and both say not to tell the other. leaving you stuck in the middle. -inappropriate: multiple degrading emails sent to employees on nights and weekends from owner. -dirty, dust everywhere (even in office, no 'its a factory' excuse), bugs, rats, the one cleaning lady (who is a factory worker) can only to so much at the end of the day -no acknowledgment when you go above and beyond; listen i dont need praise for everything i do, but when its only 'negative' things pointed out every day, it makes you wonder why you sit at a job just to get crapped on for doing exactly what you were told, but the owner forgot he told you to do it -no concept of what the hire people to do; they have super high turnover, and expect people sitting in the same room as the person who left to have the same exact skills as the person who left, or that its easy and cheap to outsource work they were paying someone full time to do
