      Have loved working here, strong leadership and financial performance. High pace, very quick moving for large corporation.

      Cons

      Perhaps high turnover, although this also provides the ability to move around. Typical priorities with public company.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
