      Pros

      GPI Nigeria is a good place to work, they provide tea breakfast for middle level and senior managers and monthly provisions for Junior staff and casual workers. A serene work environment, lunch, HMO, on-site clinic, leave bonus, thirteen month and productivity bonus.

      Cons

      The organization is biased in placement of people on their payroll. Their is no specific qualifications for specific level.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
