      Family oriented. Every other weekend off. Pay was average. Experience gained from working in different areas of the warehouse and paid vacations

      Cons

      No room to grow within the company. Raises are not suitable. No paid holidays. 12 hour shifts

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
