      GPI is generally a good company. They have great benefits and offer their employees room for growth.

      Cons

      You are just a number just like many large corporations. You can work hard and go above and beyond your job description, but it doesn't matter when cuts are made.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
