Cannabis pr is interesting and some cool clients. Staff works really hard and gives a lot

Agency charges huge fees so clients have big expectations and demand constant service from staff, which is paid very little. The joke is that Grasslands is "journalism minded" because they charge top PR agency rates and spend big money on events but pay journalist salaries. No transparency on the business model, super secretive about where the money goes. Constant turnover of staff and clients is exhausting. They're old fashioned about working from home, you have to be in the office
