      Employees are very friendly and dedicated to make this company great

      Cons

      Management is a mess and has been for quite some time. No budget for any marketing and management is only focused on making the next dollar. They have no interest in growing certain parts of the business.

      None. The pay is below industry standards, Commission is nonexistent because its based on hitting a certain amount monthly versus being paid off what you sell.
