Contracts are not guaranteed - the management can decide to take you out of the class overnight and they will not explain what is wrong, just that a student/client is not satisfied; they keep hiring new instructors, and you feel threatened that if a student/client is not satisfied, they will replace you because "every instructor is nice and well educated", so your years of experience and your knowledge are not valued; opaque system of distributing contracts among instructors - nobody knows who will get a contract first and why; even instructors with the longest seniority are not guaranteed a full week schedule
