For a graduate programme, Grayce gives you good exposure to different companies and gives lots of valuable training in business analysis, project management and change transformations.
Cons
Rotations to different clients to get exposure to new clients/industries are challenging to make happen. If you're happy with your first client this isn't a problem but if you're looking to rotate frequently this is unlikely to happen.

- Coming out of college at a time where it was hard to find a job in product, Grayce helped me gain access to client opportunities and trainings that kickstarted my career
- Really amazing company culture
- Great work life balance
- Opportunities to work on-site for big name clients
- They pay for many industry recognized trainings and certifications
- Constant emphasis on growth and development. Very supportive environment
- Working there set me up to find my next role in just a year
Cons
- Low salary but they pay for your trainings. Felt worth it for me to get the experience I needed
- Smaller base of US employees (but they are actively expanding)
- May have to spend time on the bench in between clients but they give you internal projects to work on
if you are having hard time to find a job in a big corporation and etc. , this can be your place. good to gain experience.
Cons
they don't seem very professional, maybe because they just expanded to the US. Salary is pretty low, too. and no guarantee that you will be working constantly. you may be in the bench (you still keep getting the salary tho)
