Nice company car, good pension, not bad basic salary, some good products, nice plasma flat screen televisions on all the walls in the office
Cons
Bad customer retention rates, out of date information, to many middle management riding on your coat tails, in-experienced young MD, high pressure focus on new business, No focus on customer retention, old legacy products, Shall I go on!
