Very flexible and understanding of life situations. Willing to work with you for time off and work hours. Good pay, with plenty of hours. Good group of people to work for. You get treated like a human being and not a number.
Cons
Benefits are terrible, and you need to wait 1 year before you qualify. Sometimes you have to fight to get what you nees/want.
