Grazitti Interactive has a strong value system which guides the perspective of the organization as well as its actions and culture. One of our core values is “Have a Life” which overrides most of the concerns mentioned in this review. Employees are the backbone of our organization and we try to provide fair growth and learning opportunities to everyone. All our HR policies are well structured, transparent and communicated to the employees at the time of their joining. Employees always have the freedom to choose whether they wish to take up future opportunities or not.
