Pros
Good company too work for, treat employees very well. My managers are great and want to help us learn and grow. Team oriented environment where people are very willing to help each other. My division markets and underwriters which allows us to deal with our clients directly and build relationships. Company invests a lot into their employees and it shows in our results. Average salary for the industry. Good sense of job security. It's been a great experience so far. Good benefits. Fantastic work life balance.
Cons
Siloed division which has it's pros and cons, each division is their own unit and acts different. There is room for more collusion between divisions. Health plan is OK, could be better. Can be politics within division can be annoying.
