      Pros

      The people here are generally very friendly and everyone is helpful.

      Cons

      Management are very traditional, not much autonomy allowed to staff. Very lean teams as they hire the bare minimum. The upside is you learn a lot, but get overwhelmed quickly. OT is almost a guarantee.
