Pros
The best thing that I can say is that I got lots of experience with cuts especially clipper cuts. Each location or group of locations is owned by franchisees. This franchisee du not want to be involved in the business other than making money.
Cons
They always had trouble keeping the place staffed. The manager of the location I worked for was constantly undermined by the so-called manager that was to be over both locations but yet was rarely available to our location.
