Pros
Ive been with Great Clips for three years and it's been my favorite Salon job. If you are driven you can easily move up to higher paying positions. Great Clips promotes from within and does a lot to give back. They really care for their employees, which is why usually I will hear 'my Great Clips family' not 'my Great Clips staff'.
Cons
I don't like that this app is making me put a 'con' but if I had to say something, i do miss doing color at work. However, I understand that Great Clips just specializes in haircuts and in doing so we are able to be apt free and keep wait times low.
