      Pros

      I really like my job! I get to work with a great group of women who all have different strengths that contribute to the growing success of our salon. At Great Clips we're almost always busy, the time goes by quickly and the pay is better than I expected. I look forward to going to work everyday, and that feels good!

      Cons

      I miss doing color and am having to work on my speed as I am used to spending more time with a customer.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
