      Pros

      Great corporate executives that care about the Brand and providing all the tools necessary to ensure everyone is successful when used properly, some great franchisees

      Cons

      Chose the franchisee you work for carefully because some will just see you as replaceable, pay 1/3 less than others, micromanage, expect you to work holidays, frequently short your paycheck (accidentally of course), expect you to work 50+ hours a week but only pay you for 35

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
