Pros

A good place to get A lot of experience right out of school but not long term.

Cons

Poor pay. Stylists max out at 9.50 an hour and health insurance costs more than you make in 2 weeks. Not a company for long term. Employees are treated very poor

We are sorry about your frustrations with compensation. Each salon is independently owned & operated by a franchisee who uses a number of different factors to determine total compensation. If you would like, you can email Jeanne@greatclips.com with the location where you are employed. We will provide your feedback to the franchisee for follow up with you. Thank you for all you do every day.
