Love my franchisee, fkexible hours, great pay, great clientele! I enjoy going to work everyday. We have a great team environment and great culture in our salons. It's such a fun friendly environment that I cannot see myself anywhere else. It's hard to explain as I have worked at other salons both full service and select service and the environment here and the team we have among our other salons is different. It's professional but relaxed. I feel like I am part of something bigger and that what I do matters. We have 9 salons in our organization and I am part of a big team of creative people. I mainly work at one location but help at others as needed. I have a nice base wage, additional bonuses and benefits including insurance and a savings program. I am generally busy so I make good tips and time moves quickly. I have become a really strong stylist.
Cons
There are not too many. I would love to close at 8pm, we close at 9pm. I also would love to take appointments throughout the day vs all walk in. We do perms at our location and I would prefer to just do cuts.
