Pros
Franchise owners are very hands-on and believe in open-door policy. Flexible scheduling, PTO, health insurance and 401k contributions. Managers and co-workers are great to work with, all very experienced in their field and easy to work with. Free classes to continue education and help fulfill license renewal requirements.
Cons
Nothing extreme, but this is the service industry and you are working with people.
