      Great culture, some really good people who rely on each other to provide good service.

      Cons

      2 Offices, one in Melbourne and one in Brisbane and people at each office do not like the ones at the other office creating problems and leading to blame games.

      My coworkers were never nice

      Cons

      The pay is much lower than any other banks in the area. The upper management does not have any regard for the average employee, I was a part of 9 branch layoff that was handled very poorly
