      Some nice people who will make an effort.

      Cons

      Low risk maturity, lots of red tape, and a hiring freeze means teams are usually short staffed. Manual process and poor technology add to the misery.

      My coworkers were never nice

      Cons

      The pay is much lower than any other banks in the area. The upper management does not have any regard for the average employee, I was a part of 9 branch layoff that was handled very poorly
