Can't think of any cons.

Since the the new parent company in IA took over there have been a lot of changes, some are definitely for the good. Much better Benefits Packages and Time Off Options, access to better equipment and phone systems, as well as the ability to help remake a project so it works the best for both the customer and the employee. Just about everyone here is a great coworker and really has a almost familial attitude towards each other. The parent company has been pretty free with helping to share out badly needed resources and give structure.

With the takeover, some decisions that effected employees either had to be made or issues were caused due to a pretty big culture change that some just were not ready to undertake. This has left a negative attitude that I'm sure all of management is desperately trying to resolve. The problem is the employees think they will be laid off any moment and dont trust their superiors, while management is doing everything behind the scenes making sure the employees have positions and assistance with their tasks.
