Realistic and Challenging - Event Coordinator Greaux Events Employee Review

I've been with Greaux for a few months now. It's not a job for someone who does not want to work hard. You get out what you put in. If you work hard and are good at what you do, you will be compensated handsomely as well as advanced within the company. The people are nice and easy going and it's a very laid back atmosphere if you do your job.

Management can sound condescending at times. Just trying to be helpful and teach techniques or different info but can make you feel stupid.

The interview process was easy and the people who worked there were polite and willing to help if you needed it.

While working here I don't think that they were completely upfront and honest with me. During the interview you are told that you will make minimum wage until you step into your management position, which should only take a few months. I quickly learned based on how long the other employees had been there that the promise of moving up was false. In my opinion I feel that they lure you in with the promise of wealth in order to receive cheap labor. The job is very tedious and nit picky for a minimum wage job. It's a lot of show with no meat.
