The boss only cares about her needs and has never really valued her employees. There are people there who steal cook tips, and she has never done anything about it. The pay is awful. Save your time.
mean manager (not the shops fault), they had me doing everything right off the bat which i could manage but was stressful at times. underpaid because i was a student and it was a small shop, couldn't keep tips.
