During my time with the company, I experienced bullying behaviour from a colleague, including dismissive communication and targeted negative treatment. These actions created a hostile work environment and affected my ability to perform effectively. I raised the issue through the appropriate channels, but the response and support were insufficient. The organization would benefit from stronger accountability, clearer expectations for respectful conduct, and more proactive management involvement to ensure employees feel protected and valued.
