Pros

They give you a cheap safety vest, a trucker hat, and water for free!

Cons

You get worked like pack mule schlepping heavy donations and piling them into a truck in disrepair. On scotch bonnet hot days, you may not have AC in your trailer. On traitor cold days, you may be without heat. Ineffectual management will respond slowly or sometimes not at all. Forget about a lunch break, it ain't gonna happen when you're the lone donation attendant. Forget about safety equipment as there is none. Expect back problems and other injuries, this is common for employees at GreenDrop. Also, expect most of the donors to treat you like stir-fried crap as they assume you are working off hard time doing required community service thanks to that cheap, urine yellow vest, This place is a dysfunctional dystopia where the managers are apathetic and so self-absorbed they might just disappear up their own buttholes. There's plenty of employee complaining and bickering. Verbal abuse is not uncommon. HR should be changed to R, as there's nothing human about it at all, just obsequious DEI robots on a repeat loop. This job was a vexation of the spirit. Every shift was a fresh hell to attend to. But hey if you love backbreaking work for a pittance, this is your dream job, go for it!
