Pros
The group in which I work has very good leadership and is supportive of the staff. This doesn't happen within all the groups/offices.
Cons
No support for staff members - HR does not advocate for staff. If staff has a problem with an attorney and goes to HR for help, staff is fired. In the local offices no information is supplied to staff and rumors run rampant. The new CEO in NY has no regard for staff which is reflected in the local offices.
