      Stable company, solid 401K and benefits

      Cons

      Doral/Miramar trainer was verbally abusive to the point of bullying. Do NOT go through training there! Would get angry anytime someone would ask questions. Help Desk positions should be open to questions and concerns. Not installing fear in new employees
