Subpar benefits, currently only a $250 per year firm 401(k) contribution Overworked staff, next to no work/life balance Support staff treated as the problem when direction from management is poor Preferential treatment leads to uneven workloads and toxic behavior Shareholders do little to correct brown-nosers, instead encourage behavior Raises are COLA only Direction from managers/worker reviews are worthless and waste of time due to management not being serious about correcting problems
