I worked at Greencore and honestly it was one of the most stressful warehouse environments I’ve experienced. The work is extremely fast-paced with constant pressure to hit targets, and there’s very little support if you’re struggling. The job is repetitive and physically tiring, especially with long shifts and cold conditions. Management could be much better — communication is poor and it often feels like workers are treated as replaceable rather than valued. A lot of people don’t stay long, which says a lot about the environment. I would not recommend this place unless you really need a job short-term.
