Pros
Great people, you will meet and work with great people. However, be prepared for the most unorganised senior management you have ever seen. Especially the HR department.
Cons
As a Manager except no support, terrible pay, very little time off and when you need them the company won't be there for you. In fact they will more then likely be against you!
