Pros

Good atmosphere to work and learn. Good exposure and sense of ownership. The team is very small and have great bond. The organisation pays at par with the industry standards.

Cons

More focus on introducing new products should be there. Company is growing steadily but there is no proper customer complaints handling system. Also company should invest in machinery and tools.

Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

Cons

If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
