      The people are great to work with.

      Cons

      The pay is low for a Union job. $675 per year to union then get paid $12 to start and top out at $18. It has been like this for 10 years.

The starting and ending wages in California have increased with our new contract, and we do look at wage comparisons in the local market with each new contract.       Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
